Learn privately.
Move confidently.
One-to-one Reformer Pilates shaped around your starting point, your goals and the way you learn. Build control, strength and movement confidence in Davina’s private SW17 studio.
Private one-to-one sessions · Beginner-friendly introduction · Individual pace and progression
Support and resistance you can feel.
The Reformer uses a moving carriage, springs, straps and a footbar to support or challenge movement. Its settings can be adjusted as your understanding, control and confidence develop.
Davina guides your position, pace and technique while the equipment gives you useful physical feedback. Exercises can be introduced gradually, adapted during the session and progressed for a clear reason.
- Learn the equipment without being hurried
- Understand why each exercise has been selected
- Adjust resistance, range or complexity as appropriate
Davina provides the observation, explanation and adaptation.
A starting point that belongs to you.
You do not need previous Pilates experience or a particular level of flexibility. The value of private instruction is the ability to begin with the person who is actually there.
Complete beginners
Learn the equipment and basic movement patterns without following a class.
Returning to movement
Rebuild confidence and consistency after time away from structured exercise.
Wanting more detail
Receive individual feedback when technique and understanding matter to you.
Preferring privacy
Move in a calm space without comparison, choreography or a group audience.
Your first session is a starting point—not a test.
There is no sequence to memorise beforehand and no prize for using the strongest springs. Davina can introduce the equipment, explain its language and give you time to understand each movement.
Enough challenge to progress. Enough space to notice.
Private Pilates gives Davina room to observe the details and gives you room to understand them. Progress can come from better control, confidence and consistency—not simply from making every exercise harder.
One continuous conversation.
You should understand what you are doing, why it was chosen and how to communicate when something feels unclear or uncomfortable.
